- 1 winner’s promo video will be chosen and placed on the Birdhouse website’s media for at least one (1) year. The video will be used on the official Birdhouse MySpace page, and may be used on various other websites such as Transworld, Thrasher and Slap.
- The winner will receive a 1 year supply of Birdhouse decks (12 total), as well as a special Birdhouse prize pack.
- The Winner shall be required to sign a Winning Affidavit which shall clearly state the age of the entrant and shall include a parental consent (where indicated and includes the signature of parent in the winning affidavit) if the entrant is under 18. Blitz Distribution, Inc. requires all minors to obtain the written permission of their parent or guardian as a condition to winning any prizes. All parental consents shall be verified at the time prizes are awarded. This contest will begin on _______________, 2008, and run until 11:59:59 p.m. PST ________________, 2008.
- Winners will be notified on or about _____________, 2008. If a potential winner does not reply to the winner notification within 48 hours of its issuance, they will be deemed ineligible. If he or she cannot or does not comply with the Official Rules, she or he will be disqualified, the prize will be forfeited and an alternative winner may be selected, at Blitz Distribution’s discretion, from all eligible entries received during the contest period. Any attempt at entry other than stated is void.
- All entries become the property of Blitz Distribution, Inc. By submitting your video, you release to Blitz Distribution, Inc. all rights that you may have to use your video, in whole or in part, for any purpose whatsoever in any form of media, now in existence or developed in the future, throughout the world. Also Blitz Distribution, Inc. reserves the right to modify your video and its content in any manner.
- The total value of all prizes awarded hereunder is approximately $600.00. Prizes shall not be redeemable for cash. Odds of winning are subject to number of entries. Blitz Distribution, Inc. reserves the right to substitute like prizes of equal or similar value. All winners will be informed via phone, mail or e-mail shortly after the close of the contest.
THIS CONTEST IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR WHERE PRIOR REGISTRATION OR OTHER FILINGS OR NOTICES ARE REQUIRED UNDER LAW. This promotion is not open to employees of Blitz Distribution, Inc. and their families. Blitz Distribution, Inc. shall not be responsible or liable for lost, stolen, misdirected, delayed, destroyed or illegible entries or submissions. Winners (and their parents, if a minor) shall be required to verify certain entry information and to execute a release and consent document in favor of Blitz Distribution, Inc. as a prerequisite to claiming any prizes. Winners agree that the submission, their name, certain biographical information, and/or a photograph of them may be used by Blitz Distribution, Inc. without further compensation, in any publicity.
This contest is subject to these Official Rules and any other rules at any time promulgated by Blitz Distribution, Inc and Blitz Distribution, Inc. reserves the right to amend these rules at any time in its sole discretion. In the event that any provision or rule is found unenforceable by any court of appropriate jurisdiction, such provision or rule shall be severed herefrom and the remainder of the Official Rules shall remain valid and enforceable. Winners are responsible for all taxes in connection herewith. The contest rules shall be interpreted according to the substantive laws of the State of California, without regard to choice of law principles. ALL SUBMISSIONS, ENTRIES, DRAWINGS AND ANY COPYRIGHTED OR COPYRIGHTABLE ARTWORK OR DESIGNS OR OTHER INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY CONTAINED THEREIN ARE AND SHALL BECOME THE SOLE PROPERTY OF BLITZ DISTRIBUTION, INC. and the entrant agrees to execute such assignment or other documents as are necessary to enforce the rights of Blitz Distribution, Inc. granted herein without any compensation of any kind to the entrant.
