BRIAN SUMNER “GUESS THESE 12 SONGS” CONTEST

January 15th, 2008

Brian recently came up with a contest that tests your knowledge of music, but also tests to see what you know about Brian because if you know a little bit about Mr. Sumner’s background you might be able to guess a few of the songs. So, there are a total of 12 songs that Brian plays on his guitar. You only get to listen to a few seconds of each song, but the first person to get all 12 correctly or whoever guesses the most in the next week wins a Birdhouse Sumner deck and a special prize pack hand-picked by Brian.

*NOTE: Skate videos and where Brian is from may help guesses and CONTEST ENDS FRIDAY, JAN. 18TH!

THE SIGNATURE TRICK

Every skateboarder has a “signature” trick. This doesn’t necessarily mean that this person invented the trick, it merely means that they are known for making it more famous or performing it frequently. For example, Tony Hawk is associated with the 900 and Tom Penny is known for his flawless frontside 180 flips. Let us know what signature tricks you think are associated with particular members of the Birdhouse team.
